  • Oversees project operations and delivery, supervising experienced project coordinators responsible for event planning, training implementation, logistics, timelines, and risk management to ensure high-quality and timely project execution.

General Secretary
  • Leads volunteer recruitment, screening, training, and ongoing support, with a strong emphasis on engaging seniors and youth in leadership, facilitation, and community service roles. Supports organizational administration and coordination.
