    CLSA Pickleball Training Session (October 23, 2025)

    CLSA (Chinese Leisure Sports Association) is excited to announce the first pickleball event of this year’s MIPMP Projects #5 – the CLSA Pickleball Training Session!

    Date: October 23, 2025, 12:00 ~ 14:00

    Location: Weplay Center, 100 Clegg Rd, Markham, ON, L6G 1E1

    Target Participants:

    • Women 50+
    • Men 55+

    No experience needed – beginners are very welcome!

    What is included in this session:

    • The first hour will be led by TPA certified Pickleball Coach, focusing on the basics of pickleball such as control, serving
    • Learn the fundamental knowledge and mechanics of pickleball
    • In the second half, we’ll split everyone into teams for friendly matches

    Coaches will provide on-the-spot guidance throughput.

    As usual, this event is completely free! Spaces are limited on the first-come-first-serve basis!

    CLSA Beach Volleyball Training Session

    CLSA (Chinese Leisure Sports Association) is excited to announce the first beach volleyball event of this year’s MIPMP Projects #4 – the CLSA Beach Volleyball Training Session!

    Date: Every Saturday morning this Summer

    Location: Lake Wilcox Beach Volleyball Courts

    Target Participants:

    • Women
    • Men

    No experience needed – beginners are very welcome!

    What is included in this session:

    • The first hour will be led by a licensed Ontario Volleyball Association Coach, focusing on the basics of beach volleyball such as passing, serving, and spiking
    • Learn the fundamental knowledge and mechanics of beach volleyball
    • In the second half, we’ll split everyone into teams for friendly matches

    – enjoy the fun of playing while learning!
