Target Participants:
- Women 50+
- Men 55+
No experience needed – beginners are very welcome!
What is included in this session:
- The first hour will be led by TPA certified Pickleball Coach, focusing on the basics of pickleball such as control, serving
- Learn the fundamental knowledge and mechanics of pickleball
- In the second half, we’ll split everyone into teams for friendly matches
Coaches will provide on-the-spot guidance throughput.
As usual, this event is completely free! Spaces are limited on the first-come-first-serve basis!

Date: Every Saturday morning this Summer
Location: Lake Wilcox Beach Volleyball Courts

No experience needed – beginners are very welcome!
What is included in this session:
- The first hour will be led by a licensed Ontario Volleyball Association Coach, focusing on the basics of beach volleyball such as passing, serving, and spiking
- Learn the fundamental knowledge and mechanics of beach volleyball
- In the second half, we’ll split everyone into teams for friendly matches
– enjoy the fun of playing while learning!
Coaches will provide on-the-spot guidance throughput.
